For quite a while now, we have had trouble settling for a new song that is tempting enough to make us drop everything and just dance.

So yesterday, when DMP released "Long Way Home, it was hard not to fall in love with it. It was crazy how we literally set the song on replay and spent time imagining all the wildest dance moves we could create out of the mesmerizing reggae beauty.

The brand new single which is said to be part of their upcoming album is extra special because it is a collaboration with the British Virgin Islands-born multi-platinum hitmaker, Iyaz.

The song caused quite a stir on social media after its release with many excited fans sharing how relatable the lyrics are.

While the song talks about lovers not wanting to part ways, some fans said that the title itself just makes you miss home when you're so many miles away.

DMP has been enjoying a lot of publicity lately, thanks to its recent collaboration with the Jamaican Reggae star, Anthony B plus their Djooky Music award win as a band in 2021.

In case you're still unaware, in 2021, DMP's "Wine Up" won the Djooky Music Reggae award, a first of its kind for a Solomon Islands band on such a platform.

Later on, the individual band members of the famous Solomon Island band (DMP) in the likes of Mossa, BladP2A, Evin Rush, and Arak also walked away with separate Djooky awards to their names.
