Track of the Week: Tibon Oge feat. Paeva 'Mi Sore' (2020)

Our "Track of the Week" title holder for this week did an awesome job in paying tribute to the late Jenelyn Kennedy who was killed by her husband in Papua New Guinea last week.

"Mi Sore" is a song that will make you cry if you've been following the sad news of late Jenelyn and her cruel husband.

Tibon Oge is pretty much new to the local music scene, well that's what my ignorant self likes to believe, but the power of his voice speaks of a seasoned singer. Paeva, on the other hand, kept things smooth and clean in the backdrop coloring the entire song with his signature harming.

The song has an island feel to it but the harmony and the lyrics are powerfully tear-jerking.
